FIFA 22 FUT Captains is a new promo coming to the Ultimate Team this April to Celebrate national team and club captains in the past and the present with special boosted FUT Captains FUT Hero Captains Player Items.

The promo is concentrated on the famous heroes and the world's recognizable leaders who were previously introduced at the start of the season or still playing today.

FUT Captain cards are basically the upgraded versions of the FUT Hero cards that have been captains or vice-captains in their career history. But the thing that makes them different than the FUT Heroes is that according to their captain moments, they'll receive one-time FUT Captain upgraded cards, action shots, new profile stories, and more. You can gain these card items during the FUT Captains campaign.

Only if you get FUT Heroe Captains in the form of packs, their boosted cards will be replaced with their base versions, otherwise, if you receive them through Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) or Objectives, which are outside packs, they won't be replaced with their base FUT Hero versions.
